FDS has been servicing and repairing all of the instruments sold through our office, at our office in the United States of America. We’ve been doing it since 1997, when we built the first modern contact angle meter, OCA20. It’s still efficient to this day, although all new features and designs are on-going and our market share was dramatically enlarged.
This tradition continues with a management team devoted to the highest service standards, innovative technology, and the continuous process of improvement. Each member on our highly skilled customer service team undergoes a rigorous training program that requires apprentices to work in our full-scale application laboratory, with master scientists and to complete two years of technical and application training.
Additionally, we insist on treating our customers better than our prospects. A “dedicated technical resource group” equipped with respectable experiences is always ready for our customers to handle the most complex application issues and question-answering.
